Career: Swift played for the Dolphins for six seasons and intercepted five passes in his 78 game career in Miami. He had two interceptions for 12 yards in the 1972 AFC playoff game against Cleveland, the second which sealed the victory as it occurred inside of the Dolphins 20 yard line with a minute to play. A sure-handed tackler, Swift was named All-AFC second team after the 1972 season, and was named to the All-AFC Rookie team by Pro Football Weekly in 1970. He came to Miami by way of Amherst College after being cut by Montreal of the Canadian Football League.
